WHAT IS THIS ADHD WEEKLY PLANNER?
A daily planner tells you what today looks like. But ADHD life is lived in weeks that sneak up on you: the appointment you forgot was Thursday, the deadline that was “sometime next week,” the project that needed three days you never blocked. This free ADHD weekly planner printable for adults gives you the week on one page: seven day columns, each with space for your top three priorities, appointments, and notes, plus a weekly brain-dump box at the bottom for everything that does not fit a day yet. This ADHD weekly planner printable for adults is free to download – print as many copies as you like.
It is built for adults with ADHD who need the big picture without the overwhelm. Instead of seven separate daily pages to lose, you get one sheet that shows the whole week at a glance. You can see that Thursday is packed and Saturday is open, that the dentist appointment collides with the work deadline, and that three “quick calls” somehow landed on the same afternoon. Seeing it all is what lets you fix it before the week runs you over.
The design follows the same philosophy as our ADHD daily planner: externalize working memory, keep activation energy low, and make the important stuff impossible to miss. Use this weekly sheet for the overview on Sunday evening, then use the daily planner for the hour-by-hour detail each morning. Together they cover both zoom levels of an ADHD-friendly planning system.

WHAT’S INSIDE THIS ADHD WEEKLY PLANNER PRINTABLE FOR ADULTS
SEVEN DAY COLUMNS, MONDAY TO SUNDAY
Seven columns give every day its own space, wide enough for real writing. The full-week view is the point: ADHD time blindness makes “next week” feel abstract, and a visible week makes it concrete. You can spot the overloaded days, the empty days you can borrow from, and the appointments hiding in plain sight.
TOP 3 PRIORITIES PER DAY
Each day column starts with room for three priorities. Not a to-do list that grows until it paralyzes you — three things, the ones that would make the day feel like a win. Writing them the night before or first thing in the morning is the single highest-leverage habit in this system. Everything else on the page is support; the top three are the plan.
APPOINTMENTS ROW
A dedicated space per day for time-anchored commitments: meetings, appointments, pickups, deadlines with a clock attached. Separating appointments from priorities matters for ADHD brains because a 2pm dentist appointment is a different kind of information than “finish the report.” When appointments live in their own row, they stop ambushing you.
NOTES SPACE
Each column has open space for the day’s miscellany: reminders, ideas, things to follow up on. It catches what the structured rows miss without letting it vanish into a phone note you will never reopen.
WEEKLY BRAIN-DUMP BOX
The bottom of the page is a freeform capture box for the whole week: the ideas, errands, and “I should really…” items that surface while you plan. The rule is the same as the daily version: when it appears, write it down, then go back to the week. On Sunday, spend ten minutes sorting the box. Most items become next week’s priorities; some go on a master list; the rest were never real.
HOW TO USE THIS ADHD WEEKLY PLANNER PRINTABLE FOR ADULTS
- On Sunday evening, print one sheet and fill in the fixed points first: appointments, deadlines, commitments. These are the rocks the week flows around.
- For each day, write the top three priorities. Be honest about capacity — three real priorities beat ten aspirational ones every time.
- Scan the week as a whole. Move things off overloaded days onto lighter ones. This ten-minute rebalancing is the entire value of week view.
- Each morning, glance at the day’s column before the day starts. Transfer the top three into your ADHD daily planner if you use one, or just work from the sheet.
- When a stray thought interrupts your week, drop it in the brain-dump box instead of context-switching. Capture now, decide later.
- Sunday, ten minutes: review what got done, carry forward what matters, recycle the sheet. A stack of completed weeks is also a surprisingly honest record of where your time actually goes.
PRINTING TIPS
Print at “Actual size” or 100 percent scale so the day columns stay wide enough for handwriting. Standard 80 GSM copy paper is fine for a week’s use. If you keep completed weeks as a record, 100 GSM paper files better in a binder and erases cleanly when plans shift mid-week. Both A4 and US Letter versions are included, so use whichever fits your printer. The black-and-white design prints cleanly on any home printer and photocopies sharply if you want a stack of blanks.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this planner really free?
Yes. The PDF is free for personal use in both A4 and US Letter sizes. Print one per week for as long as you plan.
I already use the ADHD daily planner. Do I need this too?
They work best as a pair. The weekly sheet is for the Sunday overview and spotting collisions; the daily sheet is for the hour-by-hour execution. If you only want one, pick the weekly version if your problem is forgetting what is coming, and the daily version if your problem is structuring today.
What if my week does not start on Monday?
The columns are labeled Monday through Sunday, which fits most work and school rhythms. If your week starts another day, just treat the first column as your day one — the structure works regardless of which day you call first.
Do you have other ADHD-friendly planners?
Yes. Our ADHD daily planner printable covers the day in hourly detail with the same top-three and brain-dump system, and our daily planner template is the simpler classic version without ADHD-specific sections.
